🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – Bintamal
At Bintamal, we offer return and exchange services under the following terms:
📌 Eligibility Conditions
- Request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
- A valid reason for return or exchange must be provided
🎥 Unboxing Requirement (Important)
- A complete 360° unboxing video is required in case of damaged, incorrect, or missing items
- The video must be clear and continuous (no cuts or edits)
- Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted
⚠️ Important Notes
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange
- Regular items will be processed based on the current price (if discounted)
- This policy is applicable within Pakistan only
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for approved return cases:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- A 4% tax deduction will apply
🔄 Exchange Charges
For exchanges due to size, color, or personal preference:
- Delivery fee: Rs. 500
- Additional 4% tax will be applied
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
📦 Return Process
- Other Cities: Customers must send the parcel to our warehouse at their own expense
- Same City: Customers can return the parcel directly to our warehouse
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Item
Return or exchange is applicable if:
- The product is defective
- Wrong item or size has been delivered
